Payments and Fees
Payment for services are due at the time of your appointment.
We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and CareCredit.
We also accept electronic payment by Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
Personal or business checks are accepted and may be subject to electronic processing and verification of funds prior to time of surgery.
Financing
We are pleased to provide you with convenient financing options through CareCredit and Proceed Finance.
Insurance
Cherry Log Oral Surgery is an out-of -network provider for dental insurance. Should you have a question regarding eligibility and benefits, please contact your insurance company.
Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
Our Office Team will provide all the relevant procedure codes for you to complete and file your claim, so that you can expedite and maximize reimbursement.
We can assist filing your Dental Claim with select dental insurance companies, but we do not file Medical Claims.

Founded in 2012 by Dr. James Smouse, Cherry Log Oral Surgery was established to provide comprehensive oral surgery care to residents in the North Georgia mountains. This pristine environment provides the perfect setting for focusing on community-based patient care. Dr. Smouse retired in late 2017, passing the mission of the practice to Dr. John Pritchett to continue well into the future.
The Cherry Log Oral Surgery team strives to positively influence our community through outstanding personalized service, dedication to education, and providing a comfortable and pleasant surgery experience to everyone we encounter.
