Vaccine Phase Protocol

Effective June 21, 2021, protocols for office visits have been relaxed for vaccinated visitors. This information will be updated by July 5, 2021 to reflect these changes.

Social Distancing Protocol

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and flexibility as we have worked to resume care during these challenging times.  As we enter the vaccine phase, please keep in mind:

  1. Social distancing and increased infection control protocols increase times between patients and decrease the number of patients we can see in a day.

  2. The new infection control protocols have been used with all patients treated since March and will continue indefinitely.
